Inventory Management For Helene's Closet
This is a digital inventory management tool supporting the church's Christmas "closet", a gift distribution ministry serving hundreds of local families in need. Last year, over 1,000 gifts were distributed. With that number expected to triple, our system helps administrators and youth volunteers efficiently track, tag, and distribute every donation with care.
Volunteers, staff, and donors all play a key role in making this work possible. This system helps organize gift data, donor insights, and request tracking, and it may soon expand to cover the food pantry, baby clothes closet, and more.
